The Scottish Bank and Railway buildings in downtown Portland are two buildings that have been lovingly restored and are part of the distinctive Old Town district.

We look to help communities, families, and individuals bring richness to their surroundings through our renovations and rentals. Our passion is restoring neglected structures or building new ones with character. We rarely take on more than one project at a time.

Our specialty is working on the redevelopment of established neighborhoods. Our attention to detail, planning and design, extend into: kitchen remodels, master suite additions, duplex conversions, old-fashioned barns, sight problems, engineering issues, zoning, planning and permits, building departments, and inspections.
